A Mental Health Workshop is a time for you to take time out and learn a wide range of practical tools and tips that you can use in your everyday life to improve your own Mental Wellness. These workshops aim to help you understand and take charge of your own mental health. These workshops are open to everyone and serve to inform people of the services that are available to them.
The topic of Mental Health is difficult for some people to discuss. These workshops serve as an educational tool to help people realise that having mental health issues is okay and that there are services in place to help treat them.
