Polyvagal Training for Therapists - with Dr Paul White

Fully Online
June 26th & 27th
10am – 6pm
IACP CPD Approved (15 CPD Points)
Fee: €425

Your nervous system enters the therapy room before your words do… and so does your client’s.

Join us for a deeply experiential 2-day online training designed for therapists who want to understand trauma, regulation, emotional overwhelm, and the power of therapeutic presence through the lens of Polyvagal Theory.

This is more than theory.

It is a relational, embodied, clinically grounded learning experience that will support both your clients and you as the therapist.

Course format

Over two immersive days, participants will explore:

  • Polyvagal hierarchy and nervous system states
  • Neuroception and cues of safety
  • Shutdown, activation & emotional overwhelm
  • Co-regulation skills in clinical practice
  • Therapist presence, pacing & attunement
  • Experiential integration of theory and practice
  • Resourcing the therapist’s own nervous system

This training is ideal for therapists, counselors, psychotherapists, and helping professionals who want to deepen their understanding of trauma-informed practice while also reconnecting with their own nervous system in the work.

Participants can expect:

  • Rich experiential learning
  • Clinical insight and reflection
  • Relational depth
  • Practical tools that can be brought directly into the therapy room
  • A warm, engaging, and professionally held learning space

In trauma work, understanding the nervous system changes everything.
